The Problem Steps Recorder in the Windows 7 operating system is a feature that enables users to record their interactions with an application and provide a detailed screen-by-screen view with accompanying information.

1. Click the Start Button

2. Type "PSR" in the Search Programs and files box and hit enter

3. Then the "Problem Steps Recorder" Application launched

4. Click on the "Start Record" Button Then  Recording will Start

5. When You wish to stop Click On the "Stop Record "Button

6. Then a "Save As" window opened and you can save the file at any location of your computer

7. You can Extract the zip folder and Open the file in any Browser(Internet Explorer, Opera etc)

8. Now you can send this file (This file contains  screen shots of your screen and what you did) to your friend /  support engineer... and Enjoy....
